Fur & Feather Creations

Many of our items are made to order using natural fur and feathers, making each piece truly one of a kind. Please review the information below before placing a custom order.

Custom Work

Custom orders may include:

Customer‑provided fur and/or feathers
Fur or feathers supplied by Fur & Feather Creations
Personalized sizing, materials, or design details

Because of the custom nature of this work, no two items will be exactly alike.

Customer‑Provided Materials

If you are supplying fur or feathers:

Materials must be clean and suitable for crafting
You will be required to complete and sign an Intake Agreement before production begins
Materials may be shipped or delivered by arrangement

Once materials are received, they will be reviewed before work begins.

Production Time

Most custom items have a production time of approximately 6–8 weeks.
Timelines may vary based on design complexity, materials, and current order volume.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Fur and feathers are natural materials and may show variation in texture, color, density, and wear. These variations are normal and part of the character of handmade items.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom orders are non‑refundable once production has started.
Orders may be canceled before work begins.

All custom orders require completion of a Custom Intake Agreement, which will be provided after checkout.
